supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or

the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Gift Vouchers

When redeeming an CeemeeKids gift voucher, you must use the entire balance
of the gift voucher at once. You can not carry the remainder of the
voucher value forward. Also, you can only use one CeemeeKids gift voucher
per purchase.

Ceemeekids Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.


Warranty

Ceemeekids does not warrant that a particular product is available or
suitable for your purposes. Photos depicted are a guideline only. Designs
and colors may vary depending on season and supplies. CeemeeKids does not
warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will
remain error free. All care is taken to ensure that the Allsorts4Kids
website and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your
responsibility to scan any such data for viruses. By accessing the website
you agree that CeemeeKids will not be liable as a result of any error,
virus or other harmful component.


Loss or Damage by Carriers

Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method specified. Once the
goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Ceemeekids
takes no responsibilty for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods.
Whilst all care is taken to use delivery methods which are considered to
be reliable, delivery outside India relies on local carriers, over which
we have no control.


Cancellation of Service

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate
membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part
thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the
operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held
liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
